Taste testing the product before pitching the yeast - It is very sweet.
Also, this test tube was used to test the Original (specific) gravity to later determine the alcohol content. Our guess is it will be around 8%

Pitching Yeast.
Yeast adds to the flavor but more importantly it eats the sugar
and poops out alcohol. Yummy.
Now we wait.
